Geography:
Southern California, Western and Mid-Western United States.

Type:

  • Retail: Grocery anchored Class A neighborhood and community retail centers with a minimum of 80,000 rentable square feet. Regional or Super Regional enclosed malls. Minimum of 300,000 square feet.
  • Industrial: Multi-tenant Class A and B bulk distribution and light manufacturing buildings located close to major transportation hubs in major MSA’s. Office build out of less than 25%, minimum clear heights of 24’, and dock door ratio of 1/10,000 rentable square feet.
  • Multi-Family: Class B/C stabilized garden style apartments in major metropolitan locations with good unit mix, amenities and high quality finishes, in supply constrained markets. Minimum of 100 units.
  • Office: Class A and B multi-tenant suburban and CBD buildings with stabilized occupancy and low annual lease rollover (less than 25%). Minimum of 75,000 SF rentable. Supply constrained areas with diverse economies.
