Patrick Antrim, Jr.
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Patrick Antrim Jr. has been an apprentice and then steward for some of Amercia's most influential real estate entreprenuer's and business titans over the past 13 years. His thorough understanding of how markets re-spond to changes in supply and demand has enabled more than 1,300 investors to maximize their returns. He has experience in high-density multi-family development, and property management, including, comprehensive multi-partner interface, accounting, financial reporting, financial modeling, budgeting, and P&L management. Prior to leading PEAK Real Estate Management Group, he was Senior Vice President of Property & Asset Management for CORE Realty Holdings. While at CORE, Mr. Antrim managed over 1.1 Billion in Assets across 13 states reaching annual revenues of 80 Million. His portfolio was comprised of 7,500 Multi-family properties and approximately 4.5 Million Sq. Feet of Commercial, Office, Retail, and Industrial properties. Mr. Antrim developed the in house property management Company for the CORE Board of Directors. With his leadership, CORE Realty Holdings established a new Property Management Company, CORE Real Estate Management Group. With the newly formed company, he was able to acquire 17 properties in 9 months developing operational systems for on boarding more than 100 employees.
Prior to CORE, he was previously a Director with Mesa Real Estate Management & Development, Inc, with additional responsibilities supporting acquisitions and financing. Mesa Management is a subsidiary of G Companies, and manages more than 5,000 multi-family units, including 2,350 units in Southern California. G Companies’ diverse building accomplishments include the development of approximately 10,000 single-family homes, condominiums, and town homes, as well as more 5,000 multi-family and senior units. The company has also developed several commercial/retail/office buildings, various ranch properties, golf courses, and wineries throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas and New York. Mr. Antrim’s primary responsibilities were to set and articulate the direction of the Corporation, ensuring that the management practices and approaches were up to date, and in line with industry standards. He customized market-driven strategies and implemented plans for positioning and marketing of new developments as well as value added opportunities.
Mr. Antrim served the Arnel Management Company before joining Mesa managing a multi-family portfolio for the former Owner of the Seatle Mariners Baseball Team, Real Estate Developer, and United States Ambassador to Spain, George Argyros. Arnel has been involved in the development, construction and management of well over 5,000 apartment units, in addition to several million square feet of commercial and industrial property.
Prior to his experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Antrim was a professional baseball player in the New York Yankees organization from 1995 to 1998. He was selected by the New York Yankees in the 1995 free agent draft and had the opportunity to achieve a high level of success in the field of competitive sports. As a professional athlete with the New York Yankees, Mr. Antrim’s experience transcended popularity, visibility and resources into areas far greater than athletic endeavors. His time with the Yankees helped him develop a foundation of knowledge and analytical skills that assisted his team in building trustworthy personal relationships characterized by an unmatched level of integrity and loyalty.
Mr. Antrim earned athletic scholarships to several NCAA Division I colleges
and universities, and was inducted into the Collegiate Athletic Hall of Fame
in 1999. Antrim studied Organizational Leadership at Pacific Christian College
in Fullerton, CA. He is a Candidate for (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment
Member, and a candidate for (CPM) Certified Property Manager with the Institute
of Real Estate Management. Mr. Antrim is certified with Loyola Law School of
Los Angeles in Receivership Law, Administration, Procedures, and Practice.

Henry Ho, CPA
Member, Board of Directors
Henry has extensive experience in tax services, auditing, and financial consulting, including business planning, business evaluation, and management services. His experience includes a broad range of industries, with emphasis in real estate. Henry spent ten years as the controller for Phase One Development, Inc. (a subsidiary of SDG & E) and PARS Assets, LLC (subsequent purchaser of the Phase One Development real estate portfolio). He was in charge of all the accounting of these multi-state companies with real estate projects in California, Colorado, New Mexico and Texas. Some of the real estate projects Henry worked on include Belmont Park and the Metroplex Retail Center in San Diego. Henry Ho graduated in 1985 from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
Henry holds a Certified Public Accountant certificate from the State of California. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
